Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For heavy items like tanks or lead weights, we utilize specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery, which may extend the timeline by 2 days.
What is your return policy for dive computers and regulators?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, life-support equipment like regulators and dive computers cannot be returned once they have been submerged in water.
Do you offer professional assembly and testing?
Yes! If you purchase a complete BCD and regulator package, our certified technicians will assemble, configure, and bench-test your gear for leaks and performance before shipping it to you.
Are the products covered by a manufacturer's warranty?
Absolutely. As an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, every product is backed by a full manufacturer's warranty. We also assist our customers with the warranty registration process.
Do you ship internationally to remote dive destinations?
