The pads, made of natural suede leather, provide a grip you have never experienced while remaining comfy. They also last surprisingly long. I was personally using leather pads on a noseclip for several years in a row without ever needing to replace them. In my opinion, this is the Rolls Royce of noseclip pads grip wise.
